Cheap boost fooler needed

Right now I only have my FMS box, and I need to take it off to send it in to get a bug fixed. No problem with boost issues.

However, I was thinking, what if I do need to take it off sometime when my truck has injectors installed?

Then what? Do I need a boost fooler to put on as a replacement while the box is off the truck?
