Where to buy Scotty II air induction?

I must be blind in one eye and unable to see out of the other; however, I have not been able to locate a dealer on the web from whom I can order a
Scotty II for my '97 CTD. Any help would be appreciated!

'97 2500 2WD AT with 89% DTT tranny, billet shaft, SmartController (thanks Fred Swanson), #6 plate, HTT HTBG turbo, Bosch 215 injtrs, 4" exhaust turbo-to-tailpipe, 16* timing, 3K GSK, AFC, KDP dead, IssPro EV guages on the dash (EGT/boost/tranny), Scotty II, 42 gal aux tank; 5er toolbox & tailgate.
