Need help with installing short throw for NV4500

I have been working on putting in my BD short throw on & off for a while now. Last time I was working on it, I got stuck having the wrong bushings cause they were from a NV4500 from a Chevy.

Going back to the beginning here, I had the round top and bought a square top from Standard so I can put in a short throw. I didn't have the carrier or anything for the square top so I called Standard back and they helped me out with the entire top assembly for the square top from a NV4500 off of a Chevy. Well the shifter arm on those have smaller diameter round ends on the shifter arm, so the bushings I took off there were to small for the BD one. I am needing the 2 square plastic bushings that fit on the round ends of the shift arm. They are square on the outside so they fit snug down inside the carrier.

BTW, I don't have my old top anymore, so I can't rob the bushings out of it.

I would appreciate it if someone could sell me some bushings if they have any extra. Standard doesn't have any.

Will try to get some pics up for reference.
