Basic warranty question re- BOMBS

As we know, there are all kinds of BOMBS...............which of the following will cause the dealership to say 'out of luck, no warranty due to modifications'?

1. Muffler removed - straight pipe either 3" or 4"
2. BHAF
3. Injectors (if they even had a way of knowing)

Yeah, yeah, we're our own warranty station...............but for me with only 40K miles ya never know if I'll need to try.
