Tailpipe in front of or behind rear wheel?

Getting ready to put my exhaust system on here in the next month or so. Has anyone run one with the tailpipe in front of the rear wheel? Any pictures? Any pros/cons to doing it one way or the other - like differences in interior or exterior noise? Thank in advance.
