Switch for Edge EZ

Hi,
I read somewhere about a way to turn the EZ on and off
by uplugging one of the plugs instead of taking the whole thing off.
Or maybe some one has figured out away to put a switch on it .
Did a few searches came up with nothing, hopefully some one
remembers.
Any helps appreciated TIA
