PDR HX35 vs Dodgezilla (Compressors?)

How does the PDR HX35 compare to the Dodgezilla, or any other 35/40 hybrid?
Is the PDR 35 a true hybrid? It appears to have a 35 compressor side along with its 35 turbine side. Turbines aside (i.e., the same 14cm turbine on each), how do the compressors compare for airflow? How about in a twin setup, with a large secondary? Again, turbines aside, any real difference?
