600 Edge Juicew/Attitude wastegate disabled?

600 Edge Juicew/Attitude wastegate disabled?

I noticed with the 600 Juice/Attitude that the wastegate doesn't operate. I can peg my 35psi boost gauge way too easily. Also, when I set the Attitude to show boost pressure it never goes above 32psi. Is this a normal for the J/A? Is it some kind of boost fooling?
