Bluechip Redline vs. Comp

Can anyone tell me if the Redline box makes more power than a Comp box/Drag Comp? From what I can tell it seems that the Redline box just ups the RPMs to 4,000 without defueling but doesn't the Drag Comp do the same thing? Has anyone switched to the Redline box from the Comp and what's your thoughts? I'm only thinking out loud, not that I'm gonna switch. TIA
