Automatic Transmission Fluid Recomendation

Time to do my first transmission fluid change, filter, band adjustment, etc. I have found the article in TDR Issue 41 which describes the procedure to do a total transmission fluid empty and refill, so I am going to use that and change all the fluids, since the last time I got it done they only did the basic change and didn't change the entire fluid system.

Question: I've looked at the owners manual, and my choices of lubricant is of type ATF+2, or ATF+2 Type 7176. Does anyone know the differences between these fluid types, where I can get them, cost and/or performance differences, etc.
