Biggest boost for 160-pump hp? $4k budget...

If you had an engine running a 160 pump with laser-cut dv's and 370's, stock turbo (has to go), auto tranny, 4.10's, what would you do next for a bump in horsepower, given a budget of, say, $4000? Trans is already taken care of - the $4k will have to cover fuel and air, though...
