what is my HP?

I dyno'ed my truck on level 5/5 and 9/9 (398hp.) on my TST with my stock turbo, since then I have upgraded to a TAD B1-04. It seems alot stronger on 5/5 than it was(it seems as strong as 9/9 on the stock turbo) would the B1 give me that much over the stock one? I haven't had a chance to dyno with the new turbo yet.
