Edge Juice with Attitude Goofyness

*NOTE* I'm in contact with Edge support. They are looking into the follow issue. I'm just posting to see if anyone else has had the same issue, resolved it, and never told Edge

I have a 2004.5 2500 6sped (3.73 gears) 4x4 quad cab long box.

Mods:
Cat and muffler has been replaced with flex pipe (man does this ***** resonate, this will be fix correctly later). But I do turn alot of head as I drive by.

Intake silencer removed.

Edge juice with attiude monitor, naturally.

37,000 miles (just turned one year old)

Now for the problem. What's happening is that when I change to a power level _ABOVE_ 0, randomly the number in the upper right hand corner flips back and forth to 0, I lose power and when the number flips back, I get the that power level back (assuming I'm stepping in the throttle when it happens). This mostly happens when I'm curising.

Every now and then, it will not at all respond the way the truck should in the selected power level.. Example. I'm set at level 5 at 65mph. I step on teh throttle and the truck doesn't even smoke a drop and accelerates like it's at stock mode... I slow down for an exit, I get on it and all hell breaks loose and I have that 450hp/900foot pounds at my disposal while creating a nice smoke screen.

Something is cuasing the EDGE chip to revert back to limp mode when the Injectors are plugged in. For a few days I ran around down with everything but the Injectors and MAP sensor plugs connected, and left the module on level 5 and I did not notive the number jumping around..

Something with the injectors cables or possibly the map senor plug is interfearing with the EDGE juice module.

Edge has been totaly awesome with 2 test replacment units to try to resolve this problem both of them failed to correct things. They have an tech working on the problem, but any help I can provide I'm willing to do. I love this edge combination and setup, just sucks I have a goofy truck.
