Is there a best filter oil?

I am on my first interval of service with my new afe magnum filter.
I know k&ns are prone to pass dust and oil onto the turbo blades. and the afe seems to be a little better with more surface area and all. Just wondering if there is a surpreme filter oil that doesn't compromise filtration but stays on the filter and out of the turbo.
