Looking for the best programmer for fuel mileage!

Well i have a triple dog by bully dog programmer, maybe picked up 1to 1.5 mpg maybe. Not great, but lots of power! I have a 2005 3500 drw 4x4. Bullydog wants to sell me a propane kit says it gives 3-4mpg increase. And it only takes 1 gal of propane to 6 gal of diesel. So they say. I say u start burning propane too!! I Don't see why this truck can't get 20-22mpg on flat ground no load and 60-65 mph. It has so much torque at low rpm it should get awesome economy. I am getting 15 to 17 with 18K miles! I want to find a better programmer if there is one. Will a rokktech sensor work with with my triple dog?will it give me more mileage with the two combined?HELP!
