3rd Gen with Banks only getting 26psi boost?

Hi I have a 2003 Ram with H.O. motor. I installed a Banks Six Gun w/speed loader, High Ram intake, Big Head waste gate, Afe Torque Tube, and a Amsoil TST high flow airfilter. My question is does 26psi of boost sound right. I personally think it is way low. I get 26psi no matter which setting I have the six gun switch on.
