transmission modification

I am purchasing a new fifth wheel with gvwr of 15500lbs. I own a new 2005 dodge ram 3500 dually. Will the transmission give me any problems. If so is there any mods that need to be done to the trans or can I put a different trans. in. Also when I have a banks system installed, will I have to mod the factory trans
