? for the amsoil gods
What would cause high oxidation numbers in the oil sample. (using 5w30 HDD 3000) Mine came back at 165. This was with 3k on new oil. Changed the oil b/c copper was high...replaced oil cooler...now have high oxidation. just trying to figure this out so I can quit spending so much dang money on oil I used the engine flush when I changed it and also blew the intercooler boot off once, but those are the only things I can point a finger at . Thanks in advance
