Amsoil BE/EaBP 100 alternatives??

I'm asking this just in case I'd need one in a pinch...

Is there a more/less direct replacement/alternative for the BE100/EaBP series filters???

I know they tell you that you can use a CTD engine oil filter, but that seems to be a waste...
