Not Happy with Centerforce at all!!

A good friend of mine bought a Centerforce clutch in good faith that they told him would work just fine. He told them the upgrades to the motor and what he was doing with the truck, Its his work truck and you know when your work truck goes down your out of luck for money! We put the first clutch in with a new flywheel and bearing and after were done we went for a road test. The clutch just felt different from the stock clutch like it was not releasing all the way but after checking the arm in the bell housing it had to be. We cleaned up and I went home and after about a week and a half the clutch stared to slip. He called Centerforce and they told him to send it in and we will look at it. He pulled the clutch and sent it off to them and they called back and told him the fingers on the pressure plate had deep grooves in them? They told him we will hand build a clutch for your truck and hold anything you put to it. Well let me tell you it did the same thing after 2 and half weeks of driving. I took pics of the clutch and pressure plate but don’t know how to put them on here for you all to see. The flywheel has hot spots more on one side that the other and so does the pressure plate? I been putting clutches in for a long time and I know for a fact it has nothing to do with that at all. They don’t want to help make things better they much rather point fingers at everything else. I am very unhappy with this clutch and customer support! I had to R&R this thing 2 times, he’s lost work over this and out good money for a bad clutch. I think they need to step up to the plate and make this right with a CLUTCH THAT CAN HOLD ALMOST STOCK POWER!

Thanks Chaz
