Auto to manual conversion

I have a 98 2 wheel drive automatic and have had several automatic problems, and was thinking about converting the truck to a NV 4500 and was wondering what all had to be changed and if anybody had a list of parts that I would need to do the conversion. Also, how hard of a job is it to do the conversion. Let me know. Thanks.

370 injectors, 370 Marine Cam, HD Valve Springs, Ported/Polished Head, Angle ground valves, 4K governor Springs, 0 Plate, Laser cut delivery valves, PDR HX-40, six speed conversion, EEP pulling clutch. OH YEA Bigger Injectors, and Turbo are on the way
