Exhaust Brake

Has anyone had a (good or bad) experience installing a Pacbrake PRXB on their 2005 TD with a 48RE ? I'm told I need a ECM bypass & a ATS Co-pilot to make TC lockup happen. Who offers the best price ? . Any reliability problems so far ? I can be reached via e-mail at jhpfennig@yahoo.com. Would appreciate your help.
