What turbo S300?

Is there a way to know who built a turbo, which one it could be, etc.? I have a wastegate disabled S300 turbo that I bought about a year ago and have yet to use. I was told that it was a Big Woof turbo sold through Bully Dog. I was also heard that these turbos were built by HTT. Any truth?
Is there any markings I should look for and where they should be?
No a/r or name on the compressor side
No TAD stamped on the turbo
No tag on the turbo
As far as I see it I will have to send it to HTT or someone else to have them look at it to tell me for sure.
