Juice w/attitude throws alarm

I just installed the edge juice with attitude and set it to level 3 with level 5 low boost. I get on it and after a good deal of smoke the low fuel pressur alarm goes off. This does have a new lifter pump as well as a new VP44. At idle i am getting between 8 and 10psi and the alarm is set at four and the truck drops to 3. Is this managable, i am not really even gotten totally on it yet so i am wondering what all this means.
