How much ~BOOST~ is safe???

I am in the process of installing the water meth injection on my 97 dodge, ctd 5 speed. I will be using the www.Aquastealth.com
kit with the 300cc injector.

I currently am getting around 44 lbs of boost and the truck runs great! I have been told that adding the water/meth injection can increase your boost up to 10 more pounds!

I am worried that if I do this, I might be having to do a head gasket, or something even more serious! I hate breaking down!

Any suggestions?
