Attitude Controler

I installed my attitude controler with no issues, then i tapped my PTO cover for the tranny temp sensor and after everything is said and done all i get is the same reading when tranny is hot or cold. Keeps saying 187 to 190 degrees no matter what. Any one else have these issues with this controller.
