What Turbo

Looking to do a Turbo upgrade have been looking at Industrial Injection Silver 62 or ATS Aurora 3000. Truck is driven 50% pulling 15,000# Will these work with just the juice or will I need additional fuel upgrades.Will they fit with factory jacobs brake? I was told I might have to beat the firewall in 3" for brake clearance. That is not an option.
