No power to Glacier pump.

No power to Glacier pump.

I have a 2004.5 no mods except Glacier fuel pump kit and fuel gauge. I do not seem to be getting power to the pump. I think I checked everything to make sure connections are good. The Bosch relay was a tiny bit loose. The inline fuse seems good. I did check and I do not here the pump running or fuel returning in the tank. I saw in an old post fuse 17 was for the lift pump but on mine it says viscous fan i think. I am not sure which fuse powers the lift pump relay or if it matters. Thanks for any help.
