For those with after market trans,(don't care what brand).

For you guys with after market transmissions, and are not near authorized dealers, or the original seller. What do you guys do for service? Out here on the central coast of CA, there is not anyone who knows anything about diesel trans, except the dealer. I am researching trannies now, but closest dealer is ATS in Stockon, 2.5 hrs away. I just want a reliable tranny to handle the power I have, and to tow my fifth wheel. I don't want to be shipping my trans off if something goes wrong, and I need service from the builder. As always any advice is much appreciated.
