Cudos to Dynomite Diesel and Laguna Speed shop!

Just want to reward outstanding customer service by making it public for all to see:

I bought a set of 110hp Dynomite Diesel injectors from Laguna Speed Shop in May. After shopping around for a while, I chose those because of the 3 year warranty and 30 day money back policy. Also seemed fair price for the product. After installation, I wasn't happy with them. Too much smoke and egts. Whether I chose the wrong ones or they weren't working properly-well, who knows? Either way, by the time I decided to get rid of them it was way beyond the 30 day money back time frame, but I called DDP anyway just to talk about my problem. They thought I would be better off with the 75hp injectors and offered to swap them out free of charge even though I was about 2 weeks beyond their limit. I set up the whole transaction through Laguna Speed Shop since they were the original retailer and DDP sent out the new ones right away-letting my keep the old ones until the swap could be made. This let me keep using the truck and avoided about 2 weeks downtime. They are now swapped and things are much better with the truck. The 110's are in the UPS network on their way back to DDP and everyone is happy. Scott at Dynomite Diesel was great to work with and really helped me out a lot. It's nice to see a company stand behind their product for any reason and go out of their way to help. Laguna Speed was equally understanding and helpful in arranging the swap.
