Do Injectors wear out?????

OK - I know everything eventually goes "south" - I have Don's 2.4's with close to 200,000 on them - they seem to work great.....what are the signs that they are .......BAD?????

Also - I noticed that folks were talking about the New Technology----has Don changed from what I have that are 3+ years old????
