Best Dry Filter

Been looking at alot of intakes for my new truck. I'm about sure I wan't a dry filter , the only oiled filter I guess I would consider is a Pro Guard 7. My question is who is making the best dry filter in your opinion?? And what else do I need to look for beside efficency rating. I looked on the side of the factory one today and it said 99% . And alot of the dry filters are saying 99.4%
