Advice: Whats next?

Im new to TDR and still learning as much as I can about diesel performance. I want some opinions about what the next mod should be. I obviously want to increase power etc; however, I dont want to add something thats going to put too much strain on another area. My biggest issue right now is the amount of lag I have with my turbo! Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
