aftermarket mileage/performance

Hey everyone. I just purchased a 2003 QC LB 2wd 2500HD H.O. 6 spd. I am seriously interested in getting the most mileage I can driving 1200 - 1500 miles a week. Half of those can be heavy loads since I sell heavy truck parts and the other half are empty or almost empty sometimes towing a flatbed. I do tow the occasional vehicle and trailer on the weekend. I am getting 17-19 mpg now completely stock when I'm not bucking a 20+ mph headwind. I've looked at some of the different mfgs and am looking for personal experience. I talked to the guys at Banks and they tell me I should get about 24 or better with their kit. I'm open to any info you can give me.
