Smarty Jr. She's a smoker now!

All,
Love the Smarty but the one thing that strikes me is the amount of smoke I'm seeing. Even under no load I'm getting smoke. Get on it...it will look like a locamotive. This is on both the Tow and Perf modes. I was following behind my wife yesterday as she was pulling our 5th Wheel and man rolling down the highway or under throttle it smokes! Any ideas and yes I did search the forum. Thanks all!
