XDP Extreme Diesel Performance
Bought a Quadzilla Scout from Extreme Diesel Performance. Installed it and it did not work. I called Quadzilla and we found a wire off inside the case. Called XDP back and they said sorry their "Tech" was out for the day leave a message! I said that was unsatisfactory. They said tuff sh!$. Called Quadzilla and they are working with me to get a new one.
Quadzilla great customer support.
Extreme Diesel Performance has terrible customer support and the people who work there "do not know what they say". I was bounced around to four different people when I called and asked a question about mounting it.
I would stay away from XDP! A really poor organization; they sound like they are a hell of a lot more interested in where the party is then helping customers.
Anyone else done business with them?
