ZVT Stage II Clutch Shudder

Anybody with any great advice/suggestions/cures for a moderate forward launch shudder and severe reverse launch shudder while towing heavy trailer with 04.5/6spd/Smarty JR tow mode and new Zoom Stage II? The shop has offered to replace it with different clutch but thought I'd see if there were other adjustment/repair options before we did that.
