Luber-Finer Filters

Had a customer in today for an oil change,and he supplied a Luber-Finer filter.I recommended we use a fleetguard,but he declined and said he'd been using these things for years,and they were dirt cheap.

I was just curious if anyone has used these filters and if they are any good.Seems a lot of the truckers swear by them around here.Are they approved by DC or Cummins ?

Edit : Just realized it should have been under Product and accessories - engine and drivetrain,but it won't let me delete it.
