Powertrax No-Slip letting go

Ok, anyone else having issues with their no-slip coming unlocked when spinning? It mostly happens on wet pavement for me, it'll start to spin both, get a tiny bit of wheel hop, more like a vibration than true wheel hop, but then it will let one side go. I haven't had a real good chance to test on dry pavement except for going sideways for about a block, then woosing out and letting off. I'll try power-braking on dry pavement as soon as the opportunity arrives, but I have a feeling it'll unlock on me. Anyone else experience this? It's pretty annoying after buying a locker to stop the one-legged spinning. Also, it's all installed correctly, a bit on the tight side. I've called powertrax (richmond gear now), and they said "it shouldn't do that". quite helpful. They did offer to look at it if I sent it back... just figured I'd see if anyone else has had problems before I ship it off.
