Fuel Filter Bypass - Stupid Question
I have a really stupid question to ask. I had a fuel filter bypass installed a while back. I just bought a replacement Fleetquard Filter. Unfortunately I don't have the directions and am not sure how to do this.
I can't tell if the water separator hose on the bottom of the filter is screwed on or you just pull it off. Where does the rubber O-ring go. Do I need to fill the new filter with fuel before srewing it back on. How hard do you tighten the new filter back on.
Thanks for any assistance.
Frank
