I'm giving up on Amsoil

I orderd 12 qts of 15w40 over three weeks ago, and still don't have it. I don't think it's even shipped yet because my credit card has not been charged. I've sent at least 4 emails to them, and they told me it would go out last monday. I can't wait a whole month every time I need to change my oil.

What are you using for oil, and where can I get it without any hassle?
