transmission upgrades

I have a new 02 slt long box, auto matic. I am considering up grading my transmission so that i may put an exhaust brake on. I pull a 25 ft Hitch Hiker II. My question is there are so many different manufactures of tripleloc up torque converters I am lost as to which manufacturer (s) are most reliable and have a good track record. I also want to increase horse power and torque. Howerver I do not need alot more for what I am pulling but would like to be in the 300 hp range. I have heard of ATS, DTT, and SunCoast as good products. I am open to suggestions and comments. Love my Dodge
