adjust wastegate on a Pdr HX40

Hello-
I recently installed a Pdr Hx40 with the 16cm housing and I wanted to know how to adjust the wastegate. Currently I can see over 44 lbs of boost and want to reduce that slightly. I guess I'm just alittle worried about going over the 38 lb max that came with the instructions.
