Injectors......??????

Anyone know what the rating is on the bigger injectors dodge dealers will install? My dad has a 99' CTD, auto....that he bought used with about 30,000 miles on it, and the previous owner had dodge put in bigger injectors. Just curious on the ratings and if they offered more than one choice of injectors?
