Pacbrake sticks on

My Pacbrake is sticking. It always turns on, but is sticking on. The go pedal switch is working properly and as far as I can tell the bd gearshift switch is working fine as well. It turns off when I get back on the go pedal after a few seconds, seems it's being forced off. I read some past threads about the valves getting clogged and need cleaning. I do use the pac every time I drive it, so lack of use is not a problem. I just installed it last summer.
One thing that I think may have happened is I washed the motor real good a month or so back to tab my kdp. I'm thinking I may have gotten some water into the solenoid? How do I clean the valves in the solenoid? TIA, Tim

BTW, I sent this same question to pacbrake yesterday and haven't heard back yet, just thought I'd ask the real experts...
