I am currently waiting on the next goody for my truck. Chris Strickland of Relentless Diesel Performance has informed me that my twin turbo set-up is on the way, so it's time to retire my DD HX40 which has performed excellent. I felt that twin turbos would be essential for sled pulling this year as Lawrence from DD is currently getting ready to give my truck some fueling.
I watched Chris run his twin combination at Ashcroft's Drag Strip up in canada last race season, where he compared it to a B1 turbo. With a stock camplate and some secret fuel mods in the pump, he ran a 14.00 with the B1 on diesel. Then with the twins he ran a 13.20 with the stock plate and diesel only. This was at over 3000 feet(corrected air).
Once he had made some passes, I challenged to a race to show him what a tuned 24valve would do to his farm truck. To make along short I got a good look at his taillights and can say that he is heavily fueled.
Plus this set-up has been the only thing that he wasn't blown up on his truck, I watched him break 2 different companies H2E's and a B1 in 2 days. This set-up has several months of Nitrous abuse and is still tickin.
I will let everyone know as soon as it's installed.
Oh yeah Gene(sled puller), don't worry this is a original set-up, it's not a Mitchell copied set. He did his own tests had has his results.
Remember Sled Puller I want your A-game in Muncie this year.

We won't be bringing a knife to a gun fight this year.
