where's the lifted dually's?

in every issue of TDR there's pic's of tricked out lifted dually's of various hieghts but there always in the background

spent an hour and looked at the readers rigs and the biggest dually is "silver bullet". anyone know where else to look? I want to start building my 03 but could use some pics for ideas.

i've seen some duallys that looked awesome and others not so.
