6 speed conversion question/problem.. HELP!

ok, I am piecing everything together, and the holes on the adaptor plate from Blumenthal do not line up with the holes on the rubber tranny mount, as well as the piece to mount the exhaust pipe hanger.. Those of y'all who have done this, please let me know how to do it... I am lost!
