Connection points for FS or Oilguard
I'm going to add a bypass filter to my 99, either Oilguard or Filtration Solutions FS-2500, I haven't decided yet which one.
Can you guys tell me where you installed the connection points ( oil inlet, oil return ) for these filters?
It seems that the biggest pain is the oil return for most installs. Some go through the oil cap with an Amsoil swivel connector, but others have found drilled and tapped holes on the block, which seems to me to be the easiest, although I don't know where these are.
FS suggests tapping the valve cover if you don't want to use the oil pan drain plug mount that's supplied.
Anyhow, looking forward to hearing from the voices of experience
Robert
