KSB1-B UPDATED WITH PICS

Called up Kurt (KWIKKURT) today and talked w/ him for a while about all the aspects of his B1 turbos and what they could do for our applications (Two identical '01's w/ BOMB's shown in signature).

He was able to talk me into a KSB1-B which is his fastest spooling B1. Plan is to put it on the first pickup to replace the horribly spooling HX-40/16 that's on there now to hopefully get better bottom end and mid-range w/ the same top-end. Not really expecting the same top-end, but if it runs like we want, when we buy the second, we'll probably go w/ the standard housing to see how much more top-end we get...then they'll also be 100% interchangeable and we can swap them back and forth to find which one works best on which pickup.

Asked if I could have it before the 4th so we could win the local burnout contest if it's held this year, and he figured we could, so hopefully it'll get here in time to do that.

Just had to brag a little...will post results of new turbo when it's installed.

BTW, the best part was when I asked about break-in-procedure and was told "put it on, put oil in it, let the pickup warm up, PUT IT TO THE FLOOR!!!" I can't wait for that!!!
